We are looking to appoint two Administrative Assistants to join our Executive Support Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. Working alongside our Executive Assistants, you will help deliver a professional and efficient support service to the University's leadership team.
You will provide comprehensive administrative support, including diary management and coordination, travel arrangements, processing routine orders and payments, and supporting the organisation of meetings. You will maintain accurate records and systems, handle correspondence, and contribute to a range of wider administrative activities across the team.
You will be educated to GCSE level or be able to demonstrate an equivalent level of experience. You will also have experience of providing administrative support, with experience supporting senior colleagues being advantageous but not essential. This role would be particularly suitable for someone with an administration background who is looking to develop their skills and build a career in professional executive support.
