We are recruiting a
Receptionist to join our Head Office team. The role will be based at our office in Whitley
, Yorkshire
. This is a part-time role working c21 hours per week
.
As our Receptionist, you will have responsibility for all reception-related tasks at our Head Office.
The Ideal candidateYou should have excellent organisation skills, including the ability to manage your own workload effectively. You will have a friendly manner along with the ability to deal with a wide range of visitors/stakeholders.

· Manage all customer visits to HQ, this includes booking meeting rooms / tours and lunches if required.
· Maintain all meeting rooms, make sure meeting rooms are rest and bookings are booked according
- Ability to organise a busy workload
- Use the Teams software to take calls and forward to colleagues
- Manage post and recorded mail
- Make orders for cleaning products, tea/ coffee
- Manage all Communications that go out with regards to the Site
- Keep Reception tidy and presentable
- Maintain coffee machine and supplies
· Office Administration
· Business communication – professional email Writing
· Confidentiaity and Compliance –handling sensitive information appropriately
Required competencies· Communication Skills – clear, concise email and verbal communication
· Stakeholder Management
· Professional tone under pressure
· Microsoft Office –Word / PowerPoint / Teams / Excel
Desirable skills and experience· Abilty to understand business priorties and align support accordingly
