We are excited to offer a fantastic Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship opportunity to join our Business Support Team who support the work of the Children, Young People and Families Service. AboutThe Role
As part of the team, you’ll carry out a variety of essential administrative tasks, including:
- Data input and record management
- Responding to emails and enquiries
- Calendar management of professionals and room bookings
- Welcoming visitors and covering main reception
- Answering the dedicated phoneline and directing calls
- Scanning, printing, and document handling
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin tasks
- Members of the public
- Social Workers
- Senior Management
- Partner agencies such as health, education and Police
You’ll be supported throughout your apprenticeship by Achievement Training, with dedicated time during your working week for off-the-job learning to help you successfully achieve your qualification.
What We’re Looking For- Minimum of 3 GCSEs (A–C / 9–4)
* including English and Maths (or equivalent) - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- A positive attitude and willingness to work towards your qualification
- Strong typing and keyboard skills
- Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage your time effectively
- Experience working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
