You will play an important role in helping tender information, documentation, deadlines and communication, working closely with internal teams as well as clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers where required.

  • Helping coordinate tender opportunities from receipt through to submission.
  • Setting up and maintaining tender files, electronic folders, registers and trackers.
  • Monitoring tender portals, communications, deadlines, clarifications and updates.
  • Supporting the preparation, collation, formatting and issue of tender documentation.

  • Liaising professionally with colleagues, clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Producing spreadsheets, reports, correspondence and meeting notes where required.
About you

  • You are highly organised, methodical and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • You have strong attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate work.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders.

  • You can work independently, support a wider team and stay calm under pressure.
  • Experience in construction, property, engineering, pre-construction or tendering would be advantageous, but is not essential.
