What you'll be doing:
* Assisting with all aspects of vehicle preparation and refinishing
* Learning to prepare panels and work with various substrate materials
* Applying foundation coats, fade outs, and 'blow ins'
* Gaining experience in applying tri-stage pearlescent finishes
* Supporting the team in maintaining high standards of quality and safety
* Contributing to a positive team environment with a can-do attitude and flexibility What you'll bring:
