Job details

This role is central to the day to day success of the business and contributes directly to operational performance. As a New Client Growth Advisor, you will be responsible for generating new business and leads for SSG, working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure high standards of delivery, compliance and continuous improvement.

What you will do
  • Maximise sales opportunities from inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital enquiries.
  • Generate and convert new business through proactive outbound activity, digital marketing campaigns, and timely, personalised follow ups.
  • Research, engage, and nurture prospects using Linked In and other channels to build relationships and generate qualified leads.
  • Book qualified meetings for ADVISOR membership and training services using consultative sales techniques.
  • Actively track and manage prospect interactions across website activity, content engagement, and campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams while contributing to continuous improvement, compliance, and quality standards.
Who you are

You are an experienced and motivated professional who brings a practical, solutions-focused mindset. You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience in an outbound phone based sales role.
  • The ability to self-manage a demanding workload.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good administration and IT skills.
  • A general ability to understand the bigger impact on the business and identify opportunities for growth, innovation and improvement.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to manage priorities effectively
