You’ll be at the centre of our operation — connecting the office team with technicians out on the road and making sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Take ownership of day‑to‑day operations
• Manage both customer service staff and field technicians
• Drive performance, KPIs, and service quality
• Improve systems, planning, and organisation
• Solve problems quickly and keep things moving

Experience in operations, service delivery, or team management is important. Experience in cleaning or facilities is a bonus — but mindset matters more.

• £35,000 salary
