Pets at Home is seeking a Business Analyst to turn complex challenges into simple, actionable requirements across in-store, online and colleague experiences.
You will work in a cross-functional squad with Product Owners, Developers, Designers and Testers to understand business needs, map journeys and translate them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria. You'll help refine backlog, plan sprints and support change readiness.
