** What You'll Be Doing
** As our
** Lead Bioresources Technician**, you'll be the driving force behind the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our treatment processes.

Reporting to the Bioresources Manager, you'll:
* Lead and coordinate day-to-day site activities across bioresource operations
* Support and develop a team of Bioresources Technicians
* Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance performance, efficiency, and sustainability
* Coordinate contractors and resources to ensure smooth site operations
* Champion health, safety, and environmental excellence
* Identify operational improvements and implement innovative solutions
* Help ensure our renewable energy and resource recovery processes continue to perform at their best

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

You'll have:
* Experience in a fast-paced operational environment within a
** mechanical, electrical, process, or industrial setting
*** Strong knowledge of
** health and safety practices and legislation
*** The ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
* A collaborative leadership style with a passion for supporting and motivating others
* A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
* Flexibility to participate in management standby arrangements
* A full UK driving licence
