Hyperoptic in London is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to own end-to-end coordination of failed Service & Repair and Connection jobs, working with the Repair Helpdesk, Project Engineers and field teams to recover work quickly.
The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong organisation and excellent communication as you keep customers informed and drive jobs through to completion, including coordinating with building managers and third parties.
