Digital Fulfilment & Insights Advisor

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and analytical Digital Fulfilment & Insights Advisor to support and improve digital fulfilment performance across customer fulfilment channels, including Click & Collect and delivery platforms. Working closely with stores and central teams, you will use data and operational insight to identify issues, improve processes and enhance the customer experience. This is a varied role combining data analysis, stakeholder management, problem solving and field-based support.

Key Responsibilities Support continuous improvement across digital fulfilment operations. Visit stores to review processes and identify areas for improvement. Coach and support Store and Area Managers on fulfilment best practice. Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions. Analyse fulfilment, stock and customer order data to identify trends and opportunities. Produce reports, insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Monitor KPIs and highlight areas requiring action.

Carry out root cause analysis and develop sustainable solutions. Support the development of dashboards, reports and performance measures. Work with IT and Business Intelligence teams to improve reporting. Support the testing and implementation of new systems, processes and reports. Build strong relationships across stores and central teams. Represent store requirements within fulfilment projects and initiatives. Support wider business initiatives focused on fulfilment and customer experience.

About You Essential:
Experience in retail operations, stock management, fulfilment or supply chain. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyse data and turn it into practical recommendations. Organised and methodical approach to problem solving. Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders. Willingness to travel nationally when required.

Desirable:

Experience of Click & Collect or digital fulfilment. Knowledge of OMS, WMS, ERP or stock management systems. Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions.
