An opportunity has opened up for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK’s leading Tier 1 construction businesses, delivering complex, high-value projects across the region.

This role is ideal for a commercially sharp QS who thrives in a structured, professional environment and wants exposure to landmark schemes, strong leadership, and long-term career progression.

The Role

* Full commercial responsibility across large-scale construction projects

* Managing cost control, procurement, valuations, and final accounts

* Working closely with project teams to drive commercial performance

* Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff

* Ensuring compliance with robust commercial and governance processes

What We’re Looking For

* Proven Tier 1 main contractor experience (essential)

* Strong background in building / construction projects

* Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills

* Confident operating in fast-paced, high-value project environments

* Relevant construction or commercial qualification preferred
