Salary: £37,000 – £47,000 per annum (DOE) + 33 Days Holiday

- Specialism: Cost Management & Quantity Surveying.
Stafford Lawrence Ltd is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor in Plymouth, Devon on behalf of an award‑winning construction consultancy.
The Salary and Package:- Salary: £37,000 – £47,000 (dependent on experience).
- Generous Leave: 33 days holiday (25 + 8 bank holidays) plus an extra day for your birthday.

- Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or another RICS‑accredited qualification.
- Experience: 3–5 years within a PQS or Construction Consultancy environment.
- Status: MRICS desirable; can speak with those working toward APC.

Commercial, Education, Healthcare, or Government projects. - Location: Desire to live and work in the Southwest; must have valid UK work permit; sponsorship not available.
