The successful candidates will have experience managing programmes of work within a social housing environment, ideally covering roofing, re-roofing, or similar planned maintenance projects. Responsibilities: ? Managing subcontractors and day-to-day site operations ?

Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard ? Managing health & safety and site compliance ? Liaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams Requirements: ? Previous social housing experience ? Roofing / re-roofing or similar planned works background preferred ? SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates ?
