The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
Managing the commercial aspects of interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to final account Preparing and managing project budgets, valuations, and cost reports Producing accurate CVRs and financial forecasts Managing subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and accounts Identifying and managing variations and change control procedures Supporting the operational team to ensure projects are delivered on budget and to programme Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Assisting with risk management and contractual matters Ensuring commercial processes and procedures are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
The Ideal Candidate The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:
Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry A strong background in interior fit-out and refurbishment projects Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Good knowledge of standard forms of contract Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities A proactive and organised approach to work Full UK driving licence What's on Offer Basic salary of £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience Attractive benefits package Long-term career progression opportunities Secure pipeline of upcoming projects Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to join a growing and financially stable contractor Exposure to a diverse range of high-quality projects across the UK Apply:
