  • Promoting a positive and proactive safety culture across operational sites
  • Monitoring contractor health and safety performance across multiple major projects
About You

We are looking for a proactive Health & Safety professional with significant depth of experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, large‑scale construction environment and is confident working across multiple live, complex projects.

  • Significant depth of experience in dedicated Health & Safety roles, demonstrating a long‑term commitment to the profession
  • Verifiable experience working on UK‑based projects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of national H&S requirements, regulatory standards, and site practices

  • Demonstrable experience with CDM 2015 regulations
  • Relevant health and safety qualifications such as a NEBOSH Certificate, NEBOSH Diploma, or NVQ Level 6
  • Experience on high‑profile, complex UK infrastructure projects (such as major power or civil engineering schemes) is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively with project teams, contractors, and senior management
  • Experience using H&S management systems and reporting tools
