Premises Recruitment Ltd in Reading, Berkshire, is seeking a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to own tenders, client relationships and the commercial management of interiors, fit-out and refurbishment projects.
The role combines office-based estimating with nationwide site visits, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to produce accurate costings and cost plans while maintaining contract records.
