Belcan is working with a key delivery partner on one of the UK's most complex and high-profile infrastructure projects, and they're looking to bring in a motivated Site Engineer to join their onsite team in Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing Site Engineer to gain hands-on experience within a collaborative, high-performing environment where safety, quality and innovation are at the forefront.

Overview

As a Site Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring construction activities are completed safely, accurately and in line with project specifications. Acting as a key liaison within the site management team, you'll help oversee daily operations, coordinate subcontractors and provide technical support to keep works running smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with Construction Managers, Site Managers and wider delivery teams, ensuring compliance with site procedures, health & safety standards and regulatory requirements.

You'll also support documentation, maintain site records and contribute to project planning and risk management processes.
