Site Supervisor​/Manager

As Site Supervisor/Manager in Plymouth, you will oversee a residential home conversion into a care support facility, starting mid-August. This temporary contract involves managing daily site delivery, including health and safety, quality control, and sub-contractor coordination. You will maintain accurate site diaries and records, promptly flagging and resolving any issues. The role requires prior experience with residential conversion schemes and valid SMSTS (or SSSTS) and First Aid at Work certifications.

Keen to explore non school related schemes this summer? We're working with a well respected and adaptable local construction services provider that are about to undertake a residential home into a care support facility in the heart of Plymouth. The scheme, featuring structural alterations and general refurbishment works, commences mid August and will require a ticketed Site Supervisor/Manager to manage the day to day delivery on site including H & S, quality control and sub-contractor co-ordination.

You ll also ensure that site diaries/records and kept updated and any potential issues are flagged and resolved. In addition to having prior knowledge of residential conversion schemes, the usual SMSTS (or possibly SSSTS) & First aid at work will be required together with good communication, excellent H & S awareness and a willingness to lead from the front. This is a short term contract of circa 6 weeks starting ASAP so if you re keen to know more, have the necessary skills and qualifications and are within commuting distance to Plymouth.
