We are recruiting on behalf of a privately owned, multi:billion:pound Tier 1 main contractor renowned for its incredible financial stability (zero debt) and family:first culture.

They have just secured a high:profile, complex commercial office refurbishment in Plymouth and require a standalone Project Manager to take the reins immediately.

This is a major cut and carve scheme requiring extensive structural modifications, heavy service integration, and a high:spec architectural finish.

You will have total operational control of the site, leading the management team, managing high:value sub:contractors, and acting as the primary point of contact for the client and design teams.

• Strict Criteria:
  You must have proven experience delivering structural refurbishments.
• Proven Cut and Carve
  
  Experience:
  
  A track record as lead PM on complex structural refurbishments (e.g., heavy temporary works, structural alterations, core removals).
• Tier 1/2 Main Contractor Background:
  Experience leading projects valued at GBP
  10m:
  
  GBP
  30m+.
• Credentials: SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid, and ideally a relevant construction degree or MCIOB.
• Availability:
  Ready for an immediate start (or very short notice period).
