Our client portfolio is growing, and we're currently working with multiple leading surveying practices across the UK who are looking to appoint Building Surveyors and Valuation Surveyors at various levels.

Whether you're an AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS Surveyor, or a newly qualified AssocRICS professional looking for your first move, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunities We're recruiting for a range of permanent positions across residential and commercial surveying, including:

• Residential Building Surveyors
• Residential Valuation Surveyors
• Commercial Surveyors
• Mixed Practice Surveyors
• Loan Security Valuation Surveyors
• General Practice Surveyors
• Roles are available nationwide, with all locations considered, and many clients offering flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

About You We're keen to speak with surveyors who have:

AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification Experience in building surveying, valuation surveying, or a combination of both Strong communication and report-writing skills A professional and client-focused approach Full UK driving licence (preferred for most roles) Newly qualified AssocRICS Surveyors are strongly encouraged to apply, with several clients offering structured support, mentoring and clear career progression.

• Salary & Benefits £50,000-£75,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
