Referment is partnering with a leading UK construction and engineering company to recruit a Health & Safety Advisor. You will support multiple live, major sites across the South West of England, embedding best-in-class safety standards and ensuring full UK regulatory compliance.
You will lead RAMS development, train site teams, and monitor contractor safety performance while driving a proactive safety culture on high-profile projects.
