Aster Group is seeking a Delivery Surveyor to drive planned maintenance and investment across our housing portfolio. The role blends technical surveying with strong stakeholder engagement to deliver quality improvements for residents, including on-site inspections, specifications, and governance of contractor works.
The ideal candidate will have an HNC/HND or equivalent in Building Surveying or related field, plus experience in property inspections and capital works.
