The role requires a qualification in Construction Project Management or similar, and a solid understanding of JCT/NEC contracts and the construction project lifecycle.
You will be motivated, with strong communication and organisational skills, and able to travel to client sites. A full UK driving license is essential for visiting sites across projects.
