Osborne Richardson is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager for a 12-month contract in the South East. The role is inside IR35, £450/day umbrella, with hybrid working 1–3 days per week from the borough.
You will manage the pre-construction phase of a £150m housing capital programme, coordinating internal stakeholders and external consultants to deliver compliant, well-scoped projects for occupied council homes.
