Axis CLC Group is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead maintenance contracts across housing portfolios. You will oversee operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered on time, to specification, and to Axis’s high standards.
You will balance commercial performance with service delivery, manage budgets and KPIs, build strong client and resident relationships, and drive safety, compliance and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
