Building Careers UK is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a High Rise / Build to Rent portfolio in Warrington. The role offers exposure to major residential and Build to Rent schemes from pre-construction to final account, working with the wider commercial team.
The ideal candidate will have QS experience, a relevant qualification (or working towards one), strong numeracy, and excellent IT and communication skills to support cost control and reporting across multi-million schemes.
