Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities for civil engineering groundworks in residential developments. You will manage procurement, cost control, valuations and final accounts, while overseeing subcontractor relationships and risk management on multi-million-pound packages.
The role requires strong leadership, contract knowledge (NEC/JCT) and proficiency with cost reporting systems.
