Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for refurbishment projects in Plymouth. The role focuses on valuations, cost reporting, and maintaining contractual relationships across heritage and listed buildings. Hybrid working with a car allowance is included.
You will travel to sites 1–2 days a week and contribute to large-scale multi-million‑pound refurbishment schemes. Salary in the £70k–£75k range plus a £5k car allowance and progression opportunities.
