I am currently recruiting for a Building Safety Manager to join a client on a 6-month hybrid working basis. The role has a big focus on building safety, fire safety and major works.
Location: South East England
Rate: Negotiable DOE
Contract: 6-months
Key responsibilities- Demonstrate competence to the building safety regulator (HSE) and meet the requirements of the new Fire Safety Bill and Building Safety agenda.
- Responsibility for carrying out inspections, defect diagnosis and taking appropriate action.
- Completing Gateway 2 applications, Mandatory Occurrence reports and Gap Analysis.
- Ensure that the Golden Thread is continuously up to date to maintain safety.
- CIOB Level 6 or working towards
- Working with High Risk Buildings (HRB)
- Permit to work schemes
