Comprehensive benefits package The role of the Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Refurbishment will involve:
· Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a various commercial construction projects across primarily the public sector
· Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained.
· Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts.
· Support procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontractor appointments, and contract administration.
· Carry out regular site visits, monitor project progress, and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities.
· Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
· Typical project sizes ranging between £700k - £3m The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Refurbishment industry with:
· Must have Quantity Surveying experience in construction
· Experience with in large scale public sector projects would be highly advantageous
· Would consider a more junior graduate or a trainee
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
