Job Description & How to Apply Below
We build apps and platforms users love instead of tolerate, and design is at thecenter of how we do that. As our Senior Product Designer, you'll own the look, feel, and flow of products from first sketch to shipped release — working directly with founders, engineers, and our clients.
What you'll do- Lead end-to-end product design — research, flows, wireframes, and polished UI.
- Turn fuzzy briefs into clear, opinionated design directions.
- Build and maintain design systems that engineers actually enjoy using.
- Prototype in Figma (and Framer when it earns its keep) to pressure-test ideas fast.
- Partner closely with engineering to ship pixel-honest, delightful interfaces.
- 5+ years designing digital products, with a portfolio of shipped work.
- Mastery of Figma and a strong grasp of interaction and motion.
- A point of view — you can defend a decision and change your mind with grace.
- Comfort working remotely and autonomously across time zones.
- Bonus: you can sling a bit of HTML/CSS to communicate intent.
- Fully remote, with flexible hours and async-first communication.
- A small, senior team where your work ships and gets seen.
- Budget for hardware, software, and conferences.
