Product Designer

# Product Designer Remote You  design things people use, not just things people look at.

Interfaces that feel obvious. Flows that don't make anyone have to think. The kind of product work where the craft is invisible because it works. You're fluent in Figma, you think in components and states, and you care about the edge cases everyone else skips. When you hand off, your files make sense to the person building from them, because you've thought about how it gets built, not just how it looks.

Product is one of our four core disciplines and it's where design meets reality. A brand can be beautiful in a deck and fall apart the moment someone has to use it. We're a studio obsessed with product as much as design, which means we care about the empty states, the error messages, and the loading spinner as much as the hero shot.

The detail is the work.
