Position: Service Advisor Motor Trade Job
Service Advisor – Plymouth
Basic Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 | Plus Bonus

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 17:00pm (1-hour lunch) 1 in 4 Saturday Morning
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable and busy automotive team in the Plymouth area. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and has strong knowledge of the motor trade.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service and repair process

* Book customer vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair

* Liaise between customers and the workshop to ensure clear communication

* Upsell additional work and service plans where appropriate

* Prepare job cards and ensure accurate documentation

* Handle customer queries both face-to-face and over the phone
Requirements:

* Automotive trade experience is essential

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards

* Confident, organised, and proactive approach

* Familiarity with dealer management systems is advantageous
