CMO SUPERSTORES Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Plymouth head office. You will handle routine and specialist after-sales enquiries via chat, phone or email, supporting customers with a high level of service.
The role requires excellent English, a friendly telephone manner and the ability to multitask while meeting targets and SLA expectations. You will work in a collaborative team, liaising with suppliers and other departments as needed.
