Alloga UK is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage client portal activity and ensure timely processing of requests. You will deliver outstanding service to major retail customers and support the Client Management Information workflow with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
You will collaborate with Alloga UK teams, maintain strong client relationships, and participate in client meetings as needed to uphold service standards and brand integrity.
