Mindbody seeks a Customer Success Manager to work with SMB accounts, driving software adoption and value realization from the Mindbody platform. You will monitor customer health and proactively engage to ensure customers gain maximum value from our tools, while identifying upsell opportunities for account growth.
For tenured clients, you will oversee health metrics, nurture relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver positive outcomes and renewal confidence.
