Euro London Appointments is seeking a German-speaking Client Support specialist for a Tech/Customer Support role in the UK. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely feedback to customers and support the rollout of new applications, while assisting clients across calls, emails, and live chat.
Ideal candidates have native-level German, fluent English, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and at least 1 year in customer support, ideally software-focused.
