The Perfume Shop is seeking a customer-focused CRM Executive to join our Customer Team and drive engagement, loyalty and long-term customer value through targeted communications. You will design and deliver CRM campaigns and lifecycle activity that support repeat purchase and business performance.
Working within the Customer Strategy Team, you'll use customer insight, segmentation and campaign performance data to build relevant journeys that help us better connect with our customers.
