David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking a Member Support Advisor to join our UK Membership Hub. You will handle member queries across chat, phone and email, processing requests efficiently and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
Based at a club hub with office-based hours, you will work a structured pattern (9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00) and contribute to a welcoming culture while helping members get the most from their memberships through proactive support.
