Luxury Escapes is seeking experienced full-time Customer Service Agents to join our Customer Experience team. You will handle a high volume of emails and calls, delivering superior service and resolving issues to ensure an unforgettable holiday experience.
You will meet quality targets, stay knowledgeable about our products, and actively promote offerings while capturing interactions within set time frames. German language skills and Salesforce experience are a plus.
