Aster Group is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor for a 12-month fixed term contract based in Somerset. You will support day-to-day management of customer accounts, handling arrears, refunds and housing benefit information while maintaining high-quality customer service.
You will communicate across channels, keep records up to date, and work with local authorities to manage entitlements. A full UK driving licence and travel flexibility are required.
