Europcar Mobility Group invites applications for a Customer Service Returns Agent at Manchester Airport. You will be part of the vehicle returns team, delivering world-class customer service during the rental lifecycle.
You will handle vehicle returns in the car parks, support colleagues, and ensure procedures are followed to maintain service standards. A full driving licence with 4+ years’ driving is required, plus strong communication and teamwork. Training will be provided.
