VAT Group is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to act as the main liaison for customers in Warwickshire, ensuring smooth order processing and inventory coordination. The role involves close cooperation with Sales and manufacturing sites, handling orders, forecasts, RMAs, and invoicing issues, while delivering excellent service.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in customer support, fluent German and English, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/order management
