We are currently seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of a reputable franchised main dealership in Plymouth, Devon. Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £27,000 per annum
Potential earnings of up to £35,000 including bonuses and overtime
Monday to Friday working week with Saturday mornings on a one-in-four basis
Monday morning off when Saturday is worked

Duties of a Service Advisor:
Delivering excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships
Managing service appointment bookings and explaining vehicle repairs and servicing needs
Assisting with workshop scheduling and ensuring efficient workflow
Promoting dealership services and generating upsell opportunities
Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Handling administrative tasks related to the service department operations
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor trade preferred but not essential
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with face-to-face customer interaction
Full valid UK driver’s licence
Professional attitude with a proactive approach to work
