German-Speaking Customer Service & Order Management Specialist
VAT Group in the UK is seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Specialist to be the primary contact for customers, ensuring smooth order processing and inventory coordination with Sales and manufacturing sites.
You will manage orders, RMAs, forecasts, and deliveries, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate data across ERP systems. Fluent German and English and at least 3 years in similar roles are required. Permanent, on-site in Warwickshire.
