Royal Mail is seeking a Design System Specialist to own the design system as the shared foundation for product teams, covering design language, tokens, component library, the Figma‑to‑code contract, and governance to ensure brand consistency across all surfaces.
You will operate at the design‑engineering edge, steering architecture decisions, enabling faster delivery, and driving adoption through office hours, documentation, audits, and measurable KPIs.
