Asa Maths Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, differentiated for a range of abilities
- Inspire students to develop confidence, curiosity, and enjoyment in mathematics
- Take full responsibility for planning, preparation, and assessment in line with curriculum requirements
- Contribute to the development of schemes of learning and share best practice within a supportive Maths department
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture where high expectations and respect are at the forefront
- Use effective behaviour management strategies to support a focused learning environment
- Support students' progress and development, including preparation for GCSE examinations
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Maths within a UK school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for mathematics
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the wider school community
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
