Learning Support Assistants to work on a flexible basis within an Ofsted rated Outstanding'special needs school. You will be working with young people who have a range of needs including profound and complex difficulties, severe learning difficulties and autism. The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience working or volunteering with children with SEN ideally within a school setting or similar Be open to short notice cover Proactive work ethic Resilient & patient nature A good understanding of special educational needs and behaviours The ability to provide a range of support to pupils Be flexible and committed to the hours you can offer
