90:95 per day

Job Type: Full time/Part time/ Supply work

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to support the learning and development of students. You will play a key role in helping children achieve their potential by providing both individual and group assistance. This is a hands-on, rewarding position where youll be actively involved in a childs educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the teacher in delivering lessons, helping students engage with the curriculum
  • Work closely with students who need extra help
  • Help students build confidence, independence, and a love for learning, motivating them to reach their personal goals
  • Support the teacher in assessing and tracking student progress
  • Communicate the childs progress with parents, teacher and the staff
  • Follow schools safeguarding policies and procedures
Ideal Candidate
  • Eligible to work full time in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Able to provide 2 professional references
  • Relevant experience in the educational setting
  • Excellent communication and empathetic skills
  • A genuine interest in supporting children
